I recently collected my repairs from Nightingale Jewellery and although it took longer for them to be ready due to the amount of work he had in they were completed to the usual high standard and at a reasonable cost, it is so lovely to be able to use a traditional jewellers shop that you can trust.

Took my grandfather's watch in to get it valued, was told it was a fake, so then I took it to Roberts Jewellers in the city centre who took the strap off to check the serial number. Turned out to be worth £1000 and it was a genuine watch. …

Nightingale Jewellery are an outstanding local business, with an excellent customer focused service and offer superb value for money. Combined with these aspects is a significant as well as impressive knowledge of all things Watches and Jewellery. Before discovering Nightingale Jewellery, I had been ripped off by several other "reputable" Jewellery stores. They had charged me for work not required and over charged for batteries etc. Nightingale Jewellery have restored my faith in the local business and I would strongly recommend their services to anyone.

I went here to get a ring resized - the gentleman was very lovely and helpful as I didn't know what size I needed. He finished it the same day I took it in and it is beautiful! He cleaned it up brilliantly so it sparkles even more now. Really happy and highly recommend this shop!

my wife’s rings was small for her finger and the guy in the shop was amazing and super realistic around the ring sizing and time frame as he had a huge back log after lockdown we told him we needed them done by the 9 th July the guy lovely and said ok that can be done he explained the price and was very friendly on collating that we both felt welcomed and would most decently go again such a great place would most definitely recommend to any one looking for a jewellerythe rings are fab and my wife believes he’s done an amazing job and loves her rings even moor now n
