Lovely and clean great breakfast nice shower close to everything bed were super comfortable or it was just that we were both knackered lol a litle bit of noise from other rooms but nothing i would worry about we will book again really was a good location nothing was to much trouble for him thanks

I love shopping in Pandora for gifts for my wife and daughters ,the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and again smiled there way through what was a tough Christmas with covid restrictions in place ,did i find that certain special item for my girls ,yes i did ,i love the range , there's so much to look at and its all high high quality .

Wonderful service . After purchasing a personalised gift online from another retailer that was completely wrong, I rushed out to try and find a new gift . I was so upset with the other retailer as it was a purchase for my mum in memory of my father . I was distraught in pandora as I explained my situation and desperate need to get a gift for my mum on that day . The sales associate and manger were wonderful. They got my a box of tissues and helped to calm my upset and proceeded to give me lots of options to replace the awful item I’d received from another retailer . Kind, patient and full of empathy I went in crying and came out happy and with a gorgeous personalised gift for my mum . I suffer with severe anxiety so it took a lot for me to venture out shopping especially when I was so upset but I can honestly say the ladies in this branch were fabulous and really helped me out. Thank you so much .

I came to shop with my friend from Coventry and decided to buy something from Pandora. I was approached and served by a staff member called Caroline 2997 (as states on the receipt) and she was ever so nice and friendly. Made us feel every welcome, she was bubbly and very smiley and joked around with us. Very lovely lady and just for her we would definitely come back to shop there. Pandora offers a variety of beautiful products with numerous themes. Staff is helpful. Costly items, but worth the cost.

Nice friendly staff they let you have a look round before asking if they can help you. They ask you what your lookin for, whats you budget, very helpful very honest about how much things are going to cost you in the long tearm, like bracelets, charms for them. They have got something for everyone no matter the age of the person.

I cannot recommend this store enough . I had a complete nightmare with a gift that I ordered from a personalised online company . The gift was supposed to be an engraved portrait of my late father . When it arrived it was so awful I sobbed . I called pandora to ask if they were open and if they could help me find an emergency replacement gift . The girls went above and beyond . I cried I’m store and I felt so silly for breaking down but they gave me some tissues and comforted me and then helped me choose some items for my mums birthday and engraved them . After what was a traumatic morning with lots of tears, the team in pandora restored my faith in kindness and understanding . Girls you are all amazing . Thank you from the bottom of my heart . Xx

The kind of shop you go in with a price in your head, then get distracted by the wonderful smell in there and the easy on the eye *"jewellery"* :) The staff in this shop are super helpful, they are patient with you as well, it does get busy so be prepared to wait, but your only waiting 5 mins tops. Very, very efficient place from what you can see whilst queuing. Will return again if ever I'm in Birmingham.
