Prem Jewellers has given us the best experience by providing the best customer service, very polite and helpful in finding what we were looking for. I went to get something for my mum, I wasn’t expecting to see such a wide collection (as I was very particular about design). However, I came up with something both my mum and I love. Also, I ended up buying a necklace chain for myself too. I will definitely go back there :)

Excellent service as always, we have been going there as a family for decades. This time, I wanted something in particular for a present and they were able to find me what I wanted in less than 2 days. Ordered a Kara for our son's 18th Birthday, and it was made to order. Collected it within a couple of weeks of ordering and the whole process was smooth. Very friendly service and we were even offered drinks and refreshments while we waited for bespoke laser engraving. Prem Paaji and his family who own the family business, are customer focused and offer a great personalised service, at very competitive rates. Would not hesitate to recommend them, or to buy from them again.

I had been looking for a good jewelier and looked at the reviews for jewellers and went to Prem jewellers on sohi road I went the jewellers and I found everyone at the shop to be very friendly very warming The jewellery range was wide ranging in 22carat the price was Foramazing i found them to be very price vompetive 'i recommend that if you need to sell your gold They the best i found

Last week, We went to the shop and asked for bracelets and the owners are very polite and showed the gold items we asked for. The item we liked was a bit loose and we wanted to remove the extra length in the bracelet. They provided a very good customer service. Though it was a weekend with limited staff, PREM ji went to a nearby workshop for us to get it fixed as per our requirement. We will recommend 100% to friends and family. It is a family business and their customer service is first class. They also tested the gold quality in front of me. Im very thankful for Prem ji and his team for making our visit a nice experience. We will visit again.

My husband and I visited today and we were early but Prem still let us in and offered tea or coffee several times. Prem was very polite and attentive. We were looking for some earrings and a ring and we found the items relatively quickly, he adjusted both while we waited so they were perfect.
