Highly recommend. From initial visit to collection of a bespoke ring made to fit around an unusual shaped engagement ring and to make a copy of a lost earring we were listened to and our requests met. Very happy with the finished pieces. Think we’ve just found our jeweller of choice, as already planning next purchase!

From start to finish Sunny was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make my earring dreams a reality! I’d be given my engagement ring by my Grandmother and had been looking for earrings to match - having searched all over Birmingham we were about to give up till meeting Sunny! Hands down the best service I could have ever expected. Sunny was exceptional and catered for every requirement and with his vast knowledge of the industry he works in. The outcome was exceptional. I live all the way in Leeds and will only buy jewellery from this shop for all future purchases. I wanted an eternity ring for the birth of our first child and my 30th. My husband and I had previously brought our engagement and wedding rings from Ritz, so It was the first place I wanted to check out. I went online first on the website and noticed there was a WhatsApp number. I spent my Friday night messaging the man trying to explain what I wanted and he was so informative and willing to spend his Friday night getting an idea on what i wanted! He sent me a picture of a style that was perfect for me and a price. So we made arrangements to come to the shop to look at ring sizes and widths of the bands. He listened to everything we had to say and included his input too. Once I was happy, my husband asked about getting his wedding ring reshaped and the middle of his ring part buffed up, which was no problem 😊. I was kept informed about my ring through WhatsApp and was even sent a video when it was done and polished. We went today to collect them and they are perfect! So beautiful!!! If ever we want any custom jewelry it'll always be from the Ritz! Thank you both so much for all you!

This is a great jewellers. You can get anything made or altered, and in the case of my wife's engagement ring to change the stone to a lovely blue sapphire only cost £70. Our wedding rings were bought there many years ago, and later we had the sizes altered there. If you live in a small city like I do go there to see what real jewellery can look like, but beware it can blow your mind it is so beautiful.

I have always found the staff at Ritz more that helpful and always keen to discuss making one off pieces. They made me a gift for my wife, which was a white gold bracelet with black diamonds, which we are very pleased with.
