I have purchased several watches from the Harborne store and I would not go anywhere else. The customer service from Gina and the whole team is simply OUTSTANDING. They are attentive and extremely knowledgeable about watches. I will definitely be making my next purchase from this store. It has been always wonderful experience with Rudell The Jewellers. I visited quite a few times. This boutique has amazing ambassadors. Particularly, Jason Spencer, franchise General Manager, very approachable, caring and supportive person. He fulfils my requirements for watches and Montblanc fountain pens. Moreover, he extends his advice and support out of hours and weekends through text messages. I think because of his unique creativity he has been and able to bring more business to this franchise. Rudell houses very high end Swiss luxury watches, including Patek Philippe, Rolex, Omega, Montblanc (fountain pen) and top brands jewellery. Jason usually sources me rare Montblanc fountain pens as I am avid fountain pens collectors. Last year Jason sold extremely rare watch to me. I am immensely grateful to Jason and whole Rudell family. Rudell also provides the jewellery and watch repairs. I highly recommend the member of the public who are watch collectors and passionate about the jewellery for visiting Rudell. I am sure their dedicated ambassadors will fulfill your expectations and requirements.

Although it is a rather high end store you are treated without any snobbery, pomp or ceremony. The staff are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I was served by a lovely guy called Lee and even after I had purchased my ring we sat chatting about different gems that we like for about 30 minutes and it was lovely to talk to someone with the same passion as myself, so thank you Lee and thank you Rudells for my beautiful sparkling ring👌👍👏

What a wonderful store. I have to say I have never come across another retail business where I have enjoyed my customer experience and journey as much as I have here. From when you enter the store, the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. The environment is tasteful and perfect for those special purchases. Having dealt with Jason and his amazing team at Rudells for years, I’m very used to the exceptional and friendly service they all strive for here. I’ve bought pieces from them before and have sent numerous clients to them, knowing fully well they’d be looked after. I could not recommend this jewellers enough! Not only is their stock extremely high quality, the staff are fantastic. My partner and I purchased an engagement ring and it was made to order within one week, the gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining about the ring and diamond in it, as well as different options for wedding bands. Even though it's a very prestigious feeling shop, I felt right at home. Very happy we chose to do business here, and will certainly be returning customers in the very near future.

Don’t let the window display and double doors scare you. Rudell’s a warm and welcoming place with incredibly helpful and enthusiastic staff. Marc was very knowledgable and took the time to explain things to us without putting any pressure on us to make purchase then and there - definitely a big difference from the Jewellery Quarter. After my ring was badly damaged by my golf bag, it no longer fit my middle finger properly. Having read positive reviews about Rudell's, I went to the Harborne shop last Saturday. I really wish I knew the name of the man who helped me! He took a good look at my ring and five minutes later, it fit once more. Incredibly, it was done free of charge because the guy said "it was a two minute job". Amazing service. If I ever have any trouble with this specific ring, or any jewellery in general, I will return to Rudell's. Thanks!

Rudell's at Harborne or Wolverhampton both offer the same fantastic service and customer care. We first came to Rudell's after looking for a ring in the Jewellery Quarter. The difference in service was chalk and cheese. Rudell's made us feel so special that since then it is our first port of call for gifts, watches and jewellery. The experience of choosing the gift lasts in the memory and makes those special occasions and celebrations even more special.
