J. T.On March 26th I contacted Shipman's regarding the loss of one of the stones from a dress ring. The next day I was telephoned by one of their representatives who asked me to return it for the stone to be replaced. I posted it (Freepost) on Monday 29th March and by Thursday it had been returned as good as new. The customer service we have received has been excellent.
This is our 3rd purchase from the company and it will not be the last.
a. l.I found the stop in Newquay. Had 3 visits. Bought several amazing peices . When I come back from holiday I ordered another couple of pieces. Love that all.of the designs are different to what you can find in high Street shops. . Have done some of my Christmas shopping from them. Love this company . All items are amazing
A. G.We bought an emerald bracelet with a lariat clip. After a short time the ball at one end of the metal strap disappeared allowing the strap to come loose. Reported this to Shipton and Co. They took details and promised to call back the following day. They did call back as promised and asked me to return the bracelet. A replacement bracelet came by return of post. This was a first class service. I should add that we have no connection with Shipton and Co, either personally or in a business sense.

c. n.If you're a jewellery school student or anyone that has a interest on gem stones then this is the place for you. Found this not long ago suggest from a friend. Only opens Mondays and best time to go is around 2pm. An old gentlemen works there and great interesting conversations you'll have, I bought opals that's still rocks and still need cut and polishing. Lots of different gems available you just need to ask nicely.
M. J.Bought an engagement ring from Shiptons a couple of months ago - as an absolute novice when it comes to jewellry, the staff were nothing but helpful and patient. The turnaround time was also superb and i couldn't recommend them more. First Class
P. D.Good valued items - more an online cat service but you can "drop-in" but you must be able to climb stairs!. Parking is on street only and pay and display.
