I was recommend the stone room at 93 by my cousin and I'm so glad we went. Phil was so helpful in designing my engagement ring. She listened to our ideas and suggested more and I got a ring that was better than I imagined. It felt like a genuine and traditional jewellers, unlike the ones that feel commercialised or use CAD to design it. It was also really special and sentimental to me as the ring we redesigned was my grandma's that she bought in the jewellery quarter in 1979. Phil was so accommodating in getting the ring and sorting any queries. The service and quality was exceptional throughout. Thank you!

The adjacent gift shop is worth a visit; it's the same building as the jewellers, ran by the same couple, but has amazing original and affordable artworks. There are unique upcycled goods, historical souvenirs and posters, and quirky items on display. It's nothing like anywhere else in Birmingham, but also ran by the most lovely gentleman, who makes good conversation and has amazing mocal knowledge. It's a shame I don't live local, as I'd more than love to visit again.

The Stone Room the only place to visit excellent friendly service and beautiful jewellery. I never heard of the Jewellery Quarters before as my future wife friend told her about the place. Her friend been before in majority of the shops there, and she advised us to go to Stone room. So, we came down from Manchester and visited a couple of other shops and was overwhelmed by the choice, cost and hard selling. So, we went to the Stone room as advised. We were after platinum wedding bands my wife’s with diamonds. The Stone room was so helpful showing us the difference designed, options & quality. I asked how much and I said really that amazing price well worth the trip we will take them. They will take 3 weeks, opps we get married next week. No problem we can sort this out in time. The rings arrived 2 hours before our wedding service. We couldn’t ask for anything more. They are both beautiful rings presented in lovely box and fitted perfect. Totally recommend for the Stone Room for your jewellery. Just give them more time than we did 😊 Thank You.

I had my wedding rings made over year ago, they were perfect! I had recently decided I'd like them made one size smaller. No problem at all, I visited the shop, we discussed what needed to be done, part of the service meant the rings were checked, cleaned and all done in a few hours. Service impeccable, very honest, genuine company at very reasonable prices.

Exceptional Service from start to finish, we wanted a traditional jewellers who know what they were doing and they certainly did, the service was friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, they kept us informed at all stages and contacted us when they said they would. Our concern was that most Jewellers at the Jewellery Quarter now stock china imports which is worrying and was one of the reasons why we went with the Stone Room as our rings were made in the Jewellery Quarter which was very important to us. They are a family run business which we also loved and provided that nice welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The prices are the best you will find and the service is the also the best you will find, we would have no hesitation what so every in recommending the Stone Room and we will also use them in the future without any hesitation. The rings where stunning and was to a very high standard.

My "Forever" ring has been created and it is more beautiful than I could have imagined. I fell in love with this amazing Queensland Opal, but the setting it was in, although beautiful, was set too high for me, and I wanted it set with white sapphires instead of diamonds. I can't stop looking at it. It's has nebula's in it, rainbows and the aurora borealis. Stunning! It was delivered to my budget, and even discounted with all the relevant certifications etc. I am already having some jewellery re-sized and will wax lyrical about them every time I get the chance. The team went out of their way to have an adjustment made to the ring and then sent it out in time for valentines day.
