G. Y.As a bloke of a certain age, always find this a brilliant place to shop for presents, as the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. May not be the cheapest jewelry around, but you know it's going to be well received.

I Went in yesterday as I was looking for an empty cuff link box as what I ordered came damaged and due to time I wasn’t able to purchase another in time I went to H Samual, Pandora and Ernest jones looking to buy an cuff link box every shop has them they just don’t want to give them out but yesterday when I walked into this shop I was welcomed with a smile from Callum I then explained my situation Holly was also present they both understood my situation and gave me a small box for my cuff links. So big shout out to Callum and Holly at the Birmingham Bull ring store you were both amazing thanks to you both I could put my cuff links inside the box and gift it. If you want amazing service then these are your people. Thank you once again for the cuff link box much appreciated.
