Ordered online in lockdown and small issue with clasp and didn’t fit my wife’s pendant. Contacted Top jewellery and they were great, very helpful, and allowed us to wait until lockdown measures allowed us to visit shop. We found an alternative necklaces in the shop, which was great. Would recommend and use them again.

The customer service I received from the lads at Top Jewellery was fantastic. They helped order the ring for me, and even when I ordered the wrong size, it was easy to send it back for a re-sizing. Highly recommend Top Jewllery. Always make me feel welcome always polite and helpful. Had a couple of custom pieces made e.g. a pictured pendant of my nan and grandad and it’s the best thing I own thanks to these jewellers. The quality of work is outstanding can’t complain in anyway.
