We can't thank Richard at White River Diamonds enough! He made us the perfect engagement ring and a diamonte wedding band to match! I wanted a black diamond engagement ring, and Richard found the one! Being quite fussy, and particular, i was quite nervous about ordering a bespoke ring, but from the word go, Richard reassured us, and sent us a mould of what it would look like, and was amazing at keeping in touch during the process of making the ring, and answering any questions that we had. He was so professional, and went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with the ring. We would highly recommend White River Diamonds.

Richard was able to create exactly what I was after - the CAD images and wax versions are a great way to picture what the ring is going to look like however the real thing was more beautiful than I could of ever imagined. I cannot recommend White River Diamonds enough! It was the first shop I went into when looking for an engagement ring and Richard was really knowledgeable, helpful and offered friendly advice with no pressure or trying to force anything. After looking around both the jewellery quarter and online asked Richard to design a bespoke ring from a description and a few pictures and he could not have done a better job and at a great price. Both my Fiancé and I think it's perfect, exactly what you want from bespoke jewellery. To top it off he's even resized it for her while we had lunch today.

This company is well deserving of a 5 star and much more they are absolutely incredible. I have been following White River Diamond for a while now on Instagram and was loving all their posts, so I thought I would look them up on google to read the reviews (as you do) every review they had was 5 stars and people recommending them so with it being my 25th wedding anniversary I thought I would look in on them and I’m so glad I did. Both Richard and Charlie have been amazing from start to finish, when talking to Richard and explaining that I wanted a ring and had a vision of what I wanted he made me a CAD which on the first visit I looked at it and was totally disheartened and my face said it all. Between himself and Charlie they were absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble (bearing in mind Charlie is heavily pregnant and never complained once at me keep messaging her day and night) Richard was like ok I’m not letting you buy something your not happy with and I told him what I wanted and all I can say is OMG they have excelled themselves and made me the most amazing ring something I will always love and treasure and be able to pass down to one of my girls. Please please please if you are ever in need of a piece of jewellery check these guys out they certainly aim to please and nothing is too much trouble they deserve for their business to boom to the highest x
