I am thoroughly happy with the customer service received at this gold shop. The owner of the store was incredibly attentive to my requests and assisted me with what I wanted to purchase. The store operates at a highly professional standard and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending to all my friends. The quality and designs of the gold are also very aesthetically pleasing which was a bonus. Overall excellent service and treatment by considerate owners. Thank you for your help! This is the first time I have shopped at Zaiver and from now on I'm only getting my gold from here. Not only are the prices very reasonable I also got an amazing discount. Nargus and team are very professional and down to earth. I needed a personalised necklace for my nieces first bday present at very short notice. What a wonderful experience me and my husband had today. We Was looking for a gold Ring for my mother, we found the perfect ring and uncle was so polite and kind he even gave us a discount on the ring. I will definitely we visiting zaiver again soon for myself as the prices are so reasonable. Also I had to go back because we realised the ring band was broken I was really upset at the time, knowing that things didn’t go to plan for my mother birthday. When I went back uncle was honestly amazing my mum was with me uncle gave us the option that he could fix or we can change for something else whatever my mum liked. My mum likes another ring what was just as beautiful as the one I picked. Plus on the bonus side I even got £240 back I was very pleased. 10 out 10 For customer satisfaction honestly uncle is very kind and friendly.
