S. P.First Class service from start to finish. I visited the shop to explain that my husband wanted to buy a special birthday present for myself, i.e. single stone sapphire earrings, we wanted to be able to choose the right colour pair of matched stones. Anastasia sent for four sets of different size and colour sapphires, she phoned us to say they were in, and we were able to choose the exact ones that met our expectations and we also chose the setting we required. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful there, we were allowed to take as long as we wanted to choose, and they provided a very customer focused service. The end results are spectacular. Well done Anastasia and team.

I mentioned that I needed my rings cleaned and the gentleman offered to clean my rings free of charge. I was amazed at such a level of service and my rings are now sparkling again! N. M.If you’re looking for great service, look no further. I went in with my old Tag watch. Problem with the strap. Rob fixed it there and then, nothing too much trouble. All the other staff were lovely too.

They quoted triple the price and they would have had to send the necklace off to be fixed. I took in my necklace to Arcade Jewellers on the 22nd of December and received a call to say it was fixed on the 23rd December. Everyone was really friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
