The staff were friendly and really knew what they were talking about. Their advice was excellent and I feel they went above and beyond what I would have expected to ensure my shopping experience was first class. The new ring sizing and re-rhodium of an existing ring was done really quickly and to an excellent standard. I would totally recommend a visit to this shop. Don't miss out on this wonderful experience if you are looking to buy some jewellery.

I bought my engagement ring from them in December from Simon and the customer service was fantastic with them having it sized the same day for me. We went back there to get our wedding rings as we were so impressed. This time we dealt with Laura. Mine was made and my partners was second hand but resized. On collecting the rings, Laura noticed an issue with my engagement ring (I hadn’t noticed) which ended up being their fault but she couldn’t have done more to make it right. I left my ring with her and it was all sorted in around a week. Customer service is brilliant and on the off chance I can get my partner to buy me some more jewellery, we will be back. Highly recommend them.

I honestly can not thank Bournemouth jewellers enough, I called them on Tuesday with an urgent repair. My wife Linda’s father has recently passed away and his chain was broken and she was devastated that she could not wear this to his funeral, I called and spoke to the manager who could not be more helpful, he made an appointment to meet me at the shop the same day and his goldsmith fixed the chain within 30 minutes for me, my wife was over the moon, we have since dropped our wedding rings to be polished, fantastic service, thank you so much guys.
