I love my engagement ring so much! I’d had one previously made elsewhere and I wasn’t sure if very happy with the finished product but decided not to take it back. Instead I contacted Jonathan and he remade my ring using the existing diamonds but with new metal and a new design. The design was tricky and there were a few different discussions about it but he was so patient with me and in the end designed a beautiful ring! Thank you so much!

Edwards made my engagement and wedding rings and my husband's wedding ring. My engagement ring is now almost 8 years old and my wedding ring almost 5 years old and they both still look as amazing as they did when I first got given them. when it's time for an eternity ring we will be back! Jonathan is amazing. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. We don't trust anyone else with our jewellery and watches etc. I reccomend Jonathon to everyone for all of their jewellery needs.

I took in a ring that had belonged to my mum. It is not hugely valuable in money terms, but priceless to me. The band had become so thin that it had actually broken. Jon examined it with such care and advised that he could replace much of the band for me (another jeweller had told me there was nothing they could do), so I left it with him. I have just picked it up. It looks so beautiful. Just like when my dad first gave it to my mum so many years ago. Jon has done a beautiful and careful job. He even told me that he has included all of the gold from the worn band in the replacement, which makes it extra special to me as I know that the gold that was on my mum’s finger is still on mine. I am quite sure that Edwards Jewellers usually deal in items of jewellery that are much more valuable and ornate, and probably many clients who spend a lot more money, but Jon understood the importance of this ring to me. His attitude was professional, reassuring and compassionate and he made me feel valued and looked after. Thank you. That means a lot.
