L. T.Love it here. Really miss it! Been here many times. Got something for everyone and the man I dealt with most times remembered me (think he was one of the managers). Very friendly. I'm a young female and felt comfortable here but also didn't feel I got treated that way which was amazing (I've had people in the last try to con me as they though I was some dumb blonde) but not here, I explained who the girls was for, looked at options, never tried to con me, can't wait for it to re open!

L.I shop frequently at our shop in Bournemouth as I have started collection the Disney figurines I love so much but i have built a warm raport with the members of staff that are always friendly and helpful when I make a purchase. Care is taken to box and remove the price. There is a fabulous selection of figurines and jewelry for every occasion to choose from and the shop is always clean and fresh. I highly recommend them

I spoke to Martin who was very helpful and gave me honest advice, advising me to wait a couple of weeks due to my ears needing a break to heal. He took the time to run through the options to suit my requirements and noted down the details for me.
I returned today, fully healed, and Martin remembered me. Excellent customer service, thank you! He then assisted me in replacing my earrings and I have walked away with exactly what we discussed and exactly what I wanted. The price was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending F.Hinds (Boscombe store) to anyone! The time, patience, friendliness and understanding of all of the staff here is excellent and I will not be going anywhere else. A big thank you from me and my ears!

Displays in the shop were magnificent, and really caught my eye. Prices seemed very reasonable too.
D. H.Very helpful. There are aspects to buying customized jewelry that require talking to a specialist face-to-face rather than buying online. F.Hinds were the best. Their prices were also really affordable. Worth a visit just to see the weird clocks they have on display.
