I had my Links solid silver key ring and fob repaired by soldering on a new silver ring and it was polished up and completed within a couple of hours. Pavil the goldsmith did a great job and at a reasonable price. It should be noted another local jeweller advised that it wasn’t hallmarked, not solid silver. Pavil weighed it to confirm the weight and that solid and found the Links hallmark on the key ring. I also took some of my wife’s jewellery ( gold watch and some chains) for a quote to sell and James gave a reasonable price so my wife accepted that. Both guys professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will return if I need a similar service. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my Michael Kors watch repaired here. The guy was amazing! I was quoted in the hundreds by other jewellers. Even then not many would touch it! But he knew it had significant sentimental value took great care, carried out a good service, fast and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t ever use another jewellers again.

Popped in today to get a clasp replaced for a pendant necklace. They were very kind and welcoming and replaced the clasp there and then. We couldn't be happier and will definitely return to them for anything we need doing in the future. Can't recommend enough!
