I’ve been wanting to update my staple silver rings for a little while so I was excited to stumble across Brighton Silver on a recent trip to Brighton. A huge amount of variety to choose from and the lady on the stall (there was a market type stall set up outside of the main shop) was lovely and helpful. She helped me choose the right size. The rings were reasonably priced so I bought two! Both rings are gorgeous but I do have concerns about the longevity of the adjustable one, because just a few days after wearing I started noticing some of the circular rings in the stack were out of place. I’ve had to re-adjust and squeeze back into place a couple of times already. If it’s like that after less than a week, I’m not sure I see it lasting as long as my previous staple rings. Hopefully I will manage to get a good wear out of it before if snaps out of shape completely.

I’ve bought a few items from Brighton Silver over the past two years, and the experience has been excellent. The products themselves are quality and their customer service is exceptional. I recently bought the small silver skull bracelet. It was sold out in my size online, so I got into contact with them via Instagram. I spoke to Luca and he was fantastic. He made my size available online pretty much instantly and said he’d get one made up for me. It was delivered within a few days. Absolutely fantastic company who cannot do enough for their customers. Not only are the products fantastic but so is the customer service. This is exactly what keeps me coming back to shop with these guys. Wonderful company!

Made my order and due to my own mistakes I needed to change the size and also forgot to choose the faster delivery as the gift was for a birthday. I sent an email explaining my mistakes and this was dealt with the same day! When I got the ring my partner tried it on and it didn’t fit. What a great online jewellery shop! I bought my daughter a Des Silver Spinning ring as a birthday present . It was far too big so I sent it back for a replacement one. The next one arrived promptly and it was too small - then 3rd time lucky - it fitted perfectly !! Georgi was so helpful in arranging both exchanges - delivery was very prompt too. Brighton Silver are such a brilliant company, the customer service was really lovely and helpful. In particular, Jamie was super great about delayed postage (mail being overwhelmed due to Covid) before Christmas. Although it wasn't their fault in anyway and I wouldn't have minded it not arriving for Xmas day, they offered to post another one out just in case and kept me updated. They're also really helpful about exchanges and ring sizes, and regular shipping was super quick on the exchange (thank you to Georgi and Ronel!). Overall, they whole team couldn't have gone out of their way more. The ring itself is incredible, such high quality which would would expect to be triple the price if not more. I can't recommend shopping here enough! The ring was a gift (they loved it!) but I will have to treat myself to one of their rings now! At a time when its even more important to support independent businesses and keep great, friendly teams like this going - absolutely shop at Brighton Silver.

Stumbled across this company through an advert and it caught my eye straight away. I first purchased a Ring Sizer which arrived very quickly (from Brighton to Glasgow). They even give you a £2 discount off your next purchase so it’s technically free! Purchased my ring the same day and it arrived less than 24 hours later! I’m so impressed with the service but even more so with the beautiful, good quality sterling silver ring. First time buyer but definitely not last.

Ronel did some beautiful repair work on a charm bracelet for me and fitted a couple of new charms too. Very professional approach - kept me informed by email on progress, when to expect it to be completed and done by post because of these crazy COVID times. The price was very reasonable too! :) I look forward to getting out of lockdown (doesn't everyone!?) so that I can visit the shop sometime to take a look at some of the lovely pieces of jewellery they show online.

I honestly thought there was no saving of my broken jewelry but Ronel swooped in and saved the day. She went above and beyond to get them back together and even coloured the new attachment so it was the same colour as the earring. She also did it in 2 days (bearing in mind I only brought them in on the weekend). Highly recommend for all your jewelry fixing needs.

Love their stuff can be a bit pricey but worth it as its quality merchandise Edit to above review i brought a chain today from them i had mentioned that their merchandise can be a bit pricey i didn't realise at least 2% of their profits go to environmental causes well that certainly worth paying a little extra also although you can get similar chains cheaper online from other merchants they're not nearly as good quality as Brighton silver....so have upgraded to 5 stars really would recommend this seller for quality silver
