Had a necklace repaired there, which was broken, twice before. It was also cleaned and polished without asking. Today I went to put a deposit on a ring I have had my eye on for a while. I ended up buying a St Christopher medallion and today's Store Manager, Zara took her time selecting the perfect chain for it , in size for me and to suit the medallion. Top marks for service and goods.

Managed to squash my wedding ring while working took it here on the same day they repaired it polished it and replaced my sons watch battery within 10 mins, top service friendly genuine quality service.

I needed some links removed from a watch I’d received as a bday present . The lovely Zara working here was so helpful and removed the links required in no time at all . I also had some issues with my late fathers watch as it’s an old style not so common and every other place I took it to couldn’t help but Zara gave me some great advice and pointed me in the right direction with some uselful and Insightful information to get it sorted at last!! . So happy with my experience here from start to finish I couldn’t recommend highly enough

I was on the way to work and my watch needed a repair. I was running late and the guy behind the counter (glasses, brown curly locks, 5'9") could tell I was in a rush due to a broken watch. Excellent service by Justin the shops Manager. My watch needed a new glass face and I had been to two other Jewellery shops in town and both said I needed a new watch and then I walked into GA who not only fixed my watch but did so without hurting my bank account. Great, friendly staff & very fair prices. I bought my friend a pair of earrings for her birthday & they are verydelicate & promptly broke when she wore them for the first time. However, upon returning them to the shop they were promptly repaired free of charge! Great service.
