L.I had a broken gold bracelet that nobody could fix and I had been to several places for 2 years, but goldsmith Glen fixed it brilliantly like new just before Christmas so that I could use it over the holidays. I was ecstatic and I am still super happy! Victoria was also very nice and friendly. I will go back for more bespoke projects.

My watch had been bought there in 2016 and given to me as a gift by my dad, so it was important to me that I was able to wear it at a special occasion, and as the occasion is in a week's time, I was delighted they could fit it while I waited. Annie is always willing to order special Lalique items not normally stocked, and at great prices I have not found possible at other stores. Highly recommended.
