The staff are always really helpful and friendly in the Churchill Square store.They are a great team and the store is well organised and well staffed so even if you have to queue sometimes it's never for long .Fantastic shop

The staff in store are so nice, especially the gentleman that works there. I had to exchange some items today that were ordered online by my partner and the wrong thing was sent, they sorted everything out for me with no fuss, I left really happy. Very friendly staff who provide amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. I won’t go in any other Pandora store from now on, I’ll make a point of shopping in the Brighton store only from now on. Thank you guys.

Amazing customer service. Had a great experience today (1/5/21). Staff were welcoming and friendly and we were served by Mina who was fantastic! We were difficult customers who had a gift voucher- which we messed up and made into a nightmare! Mina was calm, patient, kind and friendly. He sorted the issue quickly and was so helpful after what I’m sure was a busy day that wasn’t yet over.

You get what you get from Pandora. It's a 'name', it's glitzy and bling but once you get the item out of the lights of the shop it loses it's sparkle. The service is nice and the shopping experience is well organised to help you spend your money.

This place was a joy to shop in. I arrived at the door and the person who greeted me was a genuinely polite person. With Covid being in full swing, he handled the queuing system impeccably. I wasn't sure of what I wanted to buy at first, but I wasn't pressured into thinking that I had to be in order to enter. Once I had looked online and decided what I wanted, the lady who did serve me, was an absolutely wonderful individual. She couldn't have been anymore helpful. The rest of the team on duty, I could see all love working with one another and their personalities bounce off one another which makes the shopping experience even more worthwhile. I'll definitely be shopping at this store again and I would recommend this store to friends and family. Giving a five star review is a bit of insult, because they all deserve so much more.

Pandora is everywhere, and everyone loves Pandora!!! I am not much of a bead fan but I love their rings. I got quite a few rings from here including the solitare ring and the padlock dangle ring. Both are silver and pretty.

It store was better when it was at the Lanes. I had a setback with a receipt the sales assistant should send to my email but he didn't but another sales assistant promptly helped after that. Another important aspect that missed there: representativity. They might have black sales assistants but I don't remember seeing one. A store with no representativity (not only in race but generally) is stating the type of people they want.

Took my bracelet to be fixed at pandora, after 6 weeks still not fixed but they did sell me a bracelet for the price of what it would have cost me to get it fixed, so very happy

This shop is well located at Churchill Square. It offers a lot of choices for selecting proper gifts for your girlfriends or partners. You can go and pick your presents for her !!!

Although there was a long queue and didn't have sizes for rings, the staff was very kind. It seems the best option (as explained by one sales assistant) is to buy online if you already know the size.
