The gifts were delivered by special delivery and they arrived earlier than anticipated. Very happy with the customer service and the necklaces are beautiful!!

M. G.My friend and I have admired Posh Totty jewellery for the longest time and this year decided to treat ourselves to a piece from their Brighton store. Unfortunately the design we chose did not cope well with everyday wear and both pieces ended up damaged. I contacted PT to ask what could be done and the customer service I received was second to none. Clea was incredibly helpful and very understanding of a personal situation which meant replies to emails and returning of items was delayed. We were offered an exchange, refund or gift voucher for the same value as the original items which could be spent in store or online as we aren't too local. Clea made the whole process stress free and seemed only too happy to help us. We will be choosing replacement pieces and I would certainly purchase from Posh Totty again in the future.

My favorite item is the interlinking bead necklace on the longest chain possible which has become an everyday wear. So happy with my experiences and will be ordering again soon!!

I. K.The quality of Posh Totty products is fantastic and I love their style, but I've had a real mixed bag with their customer service - some examples of very good to unfortunately very bad.
My first experience at Posh Totty was at their Brighton seafront store and the shop assistant there was so helpful and friendly, and I felt really excited about getting PT necklaces for my bridesmaids but I decided I'd buy them at a later point.
At a later date I visited the shop on Sydney Street to purchase the necklaces, but my experience there was so different. The shop assistants had a real attitude about them and they seemed totally unbothered about helping me and my order.
I then proceeded to make my order online (rather than continue in the rude shop) and my batch order of 10 necklaces was sent to a totally different address. The Customer Services team at Posh Totty were very apologetic and sent me a free gift to say sorry (which was much appreciated) but it was a shame that the whole process (which should be simple and exciting!) was drawn out, tiresome and at points stressful.
In the end I received the necklaces and my bridesmaids were so pleased with them, but I may give it a while until I make the next purchase with Posh Totty...
