Our experience at Prestige was not at all what we expected from a visit to a pawnbroker's, it felt more like a high quality jewellers. Mark was really pleasant, knowledgeable and we certainly didn't feel any pressure to make the purchase. He made sure that the bracelet of the watch that we purchased was a good fit after he'd altered it and made the whole experience a pleasure. From what we could see of the goods on sale they all looked really good quality and I'm thrilled with my new purchase.

What a breath of fresh air this business in Brighton is! Yes, Prestige Pawnbrokers Brighton is as the title says but they have so much more to offer. Gone have the days of a dark and dreary pawnbroker with a Ebenezer Scrooge look-a-like glaring at you through jail like bars. This business offers a friendly and welcoming face with a chap that comes under the name of Mark greeting you with a smile and a welcoming chat. You are immediately put at ease and I can see that Mark adapts his style according to the needs of the individual and the situation. He treats people consistently and fairly, taking into account the needs of the individual and his business. He talks to you in a friendly and welcoming manner using language that is clear and easily understood and presents himself in a confident and convincing manner. How nice it was to walk into the shop 3 weeks after my previous visit and be immediately remembered by name. The shop not only buys and loans on various items but also sells items. This shop has a great showcase of designed bags at keen prices, well worth a look ladies. So if you want to buy or sell or loan on something try this pawnbrokers first if you want a friendly, honest and open transaction. Ed
