Visited the store last Friday (1/4/22) Myself and my wife were looking at eternity rings. The staff were very professional, attentive and clearly enjoyed giving excellent customer service. We were made to feel very special and nothing was to much trouble. I wanted a few modifications to a ring I selected and using their on site goldsmiths this was completed in a few hours. If you are in the Brighton area and looking to purchase some jewellery please make these guys your first stop. Thank you son much.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from staff after the diamond ring we bought from there (some time ago) was damaged and the diamond became dislodged from setting . The setting was replaced with a platinum one and the original was 14ct white gold. No quibbling after seeing the original receipt and provided me with what is a massive upgrade to the ring. You can buy with confidence from this jeweller I’m a very very happy customer after being quoted between £800-£900 from local jewellers for very similar settings

After meandering through the Lanes in Brighton looking at rings, we eventually saw what we liked in the window of Safir Goldmiths. We were pleasantly greeted outside by Christopher, with no pressure, he agreed to just show us the ring we admired. He found a ring that suited our budget, he was a delight to deal with, explaining the authenticity and certifications of the diamonds and offered assurances of after care services should there be any problems. From this experience, I would certainly recommend and thank, Christopher at Safir Goldsmiths.

Excellent jewellers, and a great experience on our recent visit earlier this week. The manager saw us looking in the window, and came out of the shop to help, he invited us in, even though we had 3 children in tow. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the beautiful Diamond ring we bought was sized and polished within the hour as well as our other rings which look like new again now!! I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back again.

They live up to what they say they will do. We brought a long over due eternity ring from them and I would not be writing this review just for that, but they said at the time if anything goes wrong just contact us. Well unfortunately one of the diamonds fell out and it is only when something goes wrong you know whether they are genuine or not. A quick call, ring sent back and return with new diamond in 5 days. No hassle, no quibble just sorted. Thanks very much - thoroughly recommended.

Hasan, Goezde and team, really make you feel welcome and take their time with you. No high pressure sales technique, unlike some of the other Brighton shops. They hand made and designed me a wonderful ring, which I absolutely love. They also made my daughter in law's engagement ring, and sourced a Ceylon sapphire, which is also lovely. Great workmanship and competitive price. I can really recommend them to you.

They helped me to designed my ring and they were so accomodating in the process - I felt no pressure to decide quickly, they gave me lots of options, with the right level of recommendations of what might work for my ring. I took my time in the design, and never felt rushed in the process. Gozde and Hakan made the whole experience so wonderful, I can't recommend them enough. Very, very happy with the service from Safir Gold. This shop is in a beautiful location, and they really listened to what I wanted and helped me create the perfect engagement ring to propose with! They were able to use the gold and the jewels from my grandmother's old ring (that was a bit damaged). There was a little smelting problem that was of no fault of Safir (another jeweler confirmed that sometimes imperfections can arise when using old gold to mix into new gold) and Ozzy was more than happy to repair this free of charge! love this place, exclusive bespoke items and they care for their customers. thank you all for your help over the years! Update 22/08/20 having been a former customer, I have purchased custom made hand crafted and designed rings. these items are very unique and was worth every penny spent. sapphire gold have really looked after my wife and I. her engagement ring got damaged and they repaired it F.O.C Also polished them all up they look like new again. I will always recommend these guys. I'd never buy a ring factory made. sentimental value in rings is one of the most important things. or it's just a peice of metal. Trust me...if you are going to propose, get your rings made here your money will go mile further and it will mean that much more!!!! thanks so much sapphire gold 🙂❤️

I was looking for an engagement ring and so window shopped a few of the many jewellers down the lanes in brighton...was very nervous as I wasnt really sure what I was looking for because I'm male and not used to this sort of thing...was about to call it a day when Chris came outside the shop to offer his assistance. This automatically made me feel at ease and once inside he showed me stuff within my budget and gave me a fair price on a suitable ring. This personal touch was very much appreciated and with Chris's help I walked away content and with a fabulous ring that (I'm hoping) my future wife will be extremely proud of. Visited Safir in The Lanes for the first time last Christmas when my husband bought me a beautiful solitaire ring for my 50th birthday, the team were fantastic and made the experience very special. We had no hesitation driving from Berkshire to Brighton again to visit Safir when we were looking to buy an eternity ring for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I've today collected my custom made diamond eternity ring which is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly with my solitaire. Denise and Hakan were amazing and should I be lucky enough to be in the position to buy more diamonds I’d definitely be travelling back to Brighton and Safir, thank you both so much!
