In January, I ordered some earrings(online) for my mum's birthday. The website was very easy to use and I was given the opportunity to have them gift wrapped and have a card sent with them. A favourite pendant of mine needed a new chain and Silverado had exactly what I was looking for. Communication very good and I received my order in the post a couple of days later. I noticed they are offering a free same day delivery service for customers in the Brighton/Lewes area while the pandemic continues. Awesome service. My parcel didn’t arrive, but received some great service where Silverado shipped me the same item again really quickly. On the item itself, nice gift and great value for money.

It was my first time discovering this gem of a shop a few days ago. I'd been trying to find nice, plain silver band rings on a reasonable budget. I'd almost given up hope as I noticed this shop on my way to work. I was able to find exactly the rings I was looking for, for a third of the price that everywhere else in brighton seemed to be selling them for. The lady working during my visit was so lovely and incredibly helpful & attentive - she even reccommened another great place to get engravings for inside the rings. I'll definitly be visiting here again in the future.
