I've been going to Abraham's for years. Even when there was two other jewellers in Yate to choose from, the service from Abraham's has always been excellent and there was no reason to go elsewhere. I value customer satisfaction over price, so even where they may be slightly more expensive, I know that if I have any post-sale issues, it'll be sorted with no fuss. Even the small things like watch strap adjustments and battery replacements, I'll use them as I like to support small independent business as opposed to chains like H Samuels and F Hinds.

Had a watch battery replaced at my local jewellery shop in Thornbury where upon they totally buggered it up.i brought to Abrahams in yate less than hour later it was repaired and working fine .Brilliant service and I will definitely be using them again in the future 10/10

A impressive range of all types of jewellery. I ordered a ruby ring for my wife to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect fit and only took two weeks to make. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.

These guys were literally incredible when me & my fiance were struggling to find a wedding band ring for myself (apparently my ring size isn’t a very common one for men). They actually shrunk the one they had to fit me. Richard actually cleaned the one that my fiancé had & on top of that I had a wonderful conversation about the history of the jewellers & Yate with a lovely lady named Tor at the counter. Amazing people. Came out getting more than what we expected. Would highly recommend.

After many years of doing the rounds, Abraham's Jewellers has become our preferred "go to" jewellers of choice. We have found them very friendly, helpful and very competitive compared to the mainstream jewellers we have used in the past. Their quality of work is excellent and they will go the extra mile to help - I needed a medic alert bracelet but wanted something a bit different so they even went to the trouble of creating a snake & staff symbol that could be engraved onto an existing ID bracelet for me. Add to that two Victorian rings that were restored for my wife that now look like new and I can't praise them highly enough. It is an unfortunate fact of life that people have bad experiences, and an even more unfortunate thing that those are the ones that are shared, but I have to say that I have had nothing but excellent service from these guys and I wholeheartedly recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever! What an asset to the shopping centre. The knowledge the staff have is brilliant. Took in my mums engagement ring and they have made me a new diamond ring using the diamond from mums. I’m now looking at getting them to make me some earrings to match. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

After spending a few months looking for a chain and pendent for myself I had had no luck. However, when I went to Abraham’s Jewlers they were great. Merie, spent some time with us helping to try find just what I wanted. But when it became apparent none of the suppliers had what I was looking for she suggested the jewlers could make me a bespoke piece made by the jewler Roger. A few days later my product was ready and it’s just what I wanted. After recieving such great service and finally getting the price of jewllery I wanted at a great price I would highly recommend this jewlers to anyone.

Excellent a new Gucci watch battery fitted within 15 minutes - just £9.95 great service great value - compared to Timpsons (next door but one) where a very rude and confrontational young man told me to get out when I asked him to justify his price of over £30 !

What a cracking jewellers what the owner doesn’t know about rings isn’t worth knowing. I’ve bought all my ex girlfriends there engagement rings there and will probably continue too for many years.
