After many hours of studying watches i decided on a Tudor. I visited Frazer Hart of Cribbs Causeway as they're my local dealer. I was greeted by Craig Noble, one of the sales advisers. He was a watch fan, had a nice watch on himself and was very helpful. You could tell how enthusiastic he was, very knowledgeable, showed me 4 or 5 watches, didn't pressure me and allowed me thinking time about spending quite a large amount of money. I decided on a Tudor Black Bay GMT which i bought, i promised him i'd give him and his team a review, so here it is. 5 stars. Give them a visit.

After many times walking by looking at the beautiful time pieces on display I popped into Cribbs Fraser Hart early December 2021 to have a look and try the Tudor GMT. I was greated by the Manger Sam who was very polite and helpful with my query. I informed him that I was extremely interested purchasing the Tudor GMT around mid February 2022. This would be and important occasion for myself as it would commemorate 20 years military service. Seven years Army and thirteen years Royal Air Force. On Saturday 12th February 2022 I revisited the store with pure excitement and was even surprised he recognised me without the face mask. His team we're very polite and knowledgeable. We could've talked about watches all day while Sam was make adjustments to my GMT. Everything was explained to me about the time piece and how to use the GMT function. Overall the process was a wonderful experience. Especially as it was my first step into getting a luxury time piece. I would highly recommend Fraser Hart Cribbs for any of your watch and jewellery querys. They have gone above and beyond. Especially as I recieved a wonderful surprise from them mid week with a heart warming card congratulating me on my military service and wishing me a bright future ahead.

After a disaster with another store when purchasing my engagement ring we went into Fraser Hart and met Heather. She was amazing, really helpful, honest and informative. She was great with my partners humour and gave us in faith in our purchase. He purchased my engagement ring and we went back to purchase my wedding band. So happy with what we’ve chosen and am now looking forward to our wedding day ☺️ Highly recommend Fraser Hart and Heather for all that she did for us.

We called in at Fraser Hart last Saturday for my partner “just to look” at a couple of watches. We were met by Craig who asked if he could assist, so after we had shown him the watches he asked us to sit down and offered us a drink while he went to fetch them. He was very knowledgable about both watches and politely took us through all the details we asked about and more. My partner decided to purchase one of the watches and while Craig was finalising the deal I saw a ring I liked and we decided to buy that also. Purchased Tudor Ranger from crib’s causeway boutique on fabric strap. Went back to source steel bracelet. They unable to help. Visited Fraser hart cribs Bristol. Craig Noble sourced steel bracelet from Tudor. He chased up and it arrived earlier than expected. Fitted and adjusted bracelet on watch as part of service. Totally recommend top rate over and above. My recent experience with the cribs causeway branch was excellent. Jodie was very patient with me and provided exceptional service. It was great to speak with other people with a shared interest in watches that were clearly knowledgable and passionate in the subject. Fraser Hart were able to get hold of a Tudor BB58 for me, which a lot of other branches couldn't do within a reasonable time frame. If you're looking for help buying a watch (especially a Tudor) I would definitely recommend the cribs causeway branch.

Really friendly staff. Went in to get my ring cleaned and was originally quoted £20 and it would take 20 minutes. The staff checked the material of the ring (I'm assuming to use the correct cleaning method/ product). Left them with my ring and within 5-10 mins had a phone call to say it was ready. Went in to collect it and the ring was gleaming. And to top it off they decided not to charge me for the cleaning!! Brilliant jewellers, service and staff.

I've walked into other jewellery stores in the Mall and none of the staff are remotely interested in even greeting you, let alone helping you make a decision on quite am expensive purchase.
