Great staff! I bought a Gucci bracelet from here for my wife as a small thank you for helping me back to full health after a serious accident. The store is very well lit, clean and well laid out unlike some which can seem cluttered. The staff are friendly, polite, patient and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this store and will be using them again.

The best customer service you’ll receive anywhere! I remember as a teenager walking past and browsing the beautiful watches on display and dreaming about the day when I could afford a luxury piece and 20 years later I stepped into the store and made that purchase. The staff are so professional and do not make assumptions. They listen intently and provide such a great bespoke service every time. I’ve seen many staff members come and go and it’s only ever got better so shows they really know what they’re about and what they’re trying to do. I’ve been in so many stores looking at jewellery and watches and most have an air of arrogance and don’t pay no attention to your needs and requirements but this place is the exception! They make the effort to know their customers and try to sift out the bad apples, every watch collector knows what that means and it’s great! My collection journey started with this store and will end with it. They’re doing a fantastic job and credit is due to the management and staff.

We visited a lot of shops at the mall to find the perfect wedding ring, and Goldsmiths were the only one who impressed us with the fact that we felt no pressure to buy anything and they were so welcoming and helpful, offering drinks to us whilst we were there. Our order for a wedding ring (made just 2 weeks before the wedding) that should have taken 6-8 weeks to arrive was with me within less than two weeks and arrived before my wedding! They really went above and beyond to make sure the ring arrived in time, keeping me updated on the order progress along the way! I really felt that they took the care to listen to us as customers and made the extra effort to make sure I had my wedding ring on time - Thank you!

My Favourite Goldsmiths I have visited this Goldsmiths a few times now and our main reason to visit Cribbs Causeway Bristol. The staff are all very helpful and provide excellent service, I recently registered my interest in a watch for my wife and Mark and Karen were excellent in taking all the details and investing there time and effort into ensuring customers are well looked after. At the same time I purchased a new wedding ring, sadly loss my original, this was delivered to my door in a really nice presentation box and was super convenient. Cannot recommended this store enough and cannot wait for my next purchase at Goldsmiths cribs.

I recently returned to the store after receiving a phone call to collect a Rolex. I waited just under 2 years for a very special time piece. As always I was made to feel very welcome and looked after by the shop floor staff on arrival. I would like to Thank Karen the manager and Mark the Rolex ambassador for there exceptional efforts with my purchase and Samantha for being realistic with time frames. All the staff are friendly with a professional approach. Lots of Rolex on display and to try on. Enjoyed my bubbles and wish you well with the move into your new larger Boutique opposite your existing place.

Went in to buy a Speedmaster at this store. Lovely experience as with every goldsmiths. Very patient staff and willing to let me try on a few variations. Dan was especially helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get anywhere close to the discount level that Beaverbrooks offered so ultimately bought from them who also gave me a great experience and were willing to discount almost twice as much in order to get the sale on the day.

Visited this Goldsmiths branch with my girlfriend having moved to the local area and had a splendid talk with Mark to transfer my registration in a few watches. Mark has been by far the best sales executive we have talked to within a authorised dealer and he is a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend visiting and talking to him as he has a vast knowledge on the current watch market and it was nice to have a lengthy chat with him. I ended up buying a different watch to what I was looking for but extremely happy with my purchase, absolutely over the moon!!
