We love our wedding rings! Nicky saw a ring a few years ago in a shop and loved it. She found out who made it and we tracked Jacks down to make our wedding rings. We could not be happier and have had so many compliments on them. The photo does not do the rings justice. They are stunning! Jacks is fabulous to work with. She is a true professional who clearly loves what she does and connected so nicely with us.

I came across Jacks Turner in Google when I was looking for a topaz ring. I ended up remodelling my wedding ring and opting for a stunning 7-diamond eternity ring that contained diamonds from my engagement ring. The modern designs and the high quality of the work is second to none. Jacks is an amazing jewellery designer and being Bristol-based was perfect for me to go to the studio and discuss my ideas.

Jacks was so helpful from start to finish. We were unable to visit her workshop to look at engagement rings but she pointed us in the right direction for a local store that stocks some of her work. Here we came away with the perfect ring designed by Jacks. After a few weeks when it became apparent it needed resizing she resized it really promptly and returned it so beautifully presented it was like receiving the ring all over again. Hopefully we shall be returning for wedding rings in the future.

Jacks did an amazing job on a beautiful custom made Blue Sapphire Engagement Ring for me. From start to finish she was brilliant. I loved the going through the design process with her...she interpreted my design beautifully, first in a pencil drawing and then on the computer. She helped me choose the stones, sending off for as many variations of the sapphire as her supplier had. The end result was amazing - really precise, detailed crafting and a sparking polished finish. Better than the image I had in my head to begin with. My girl loved it too and I really enjoyed meeting Jacks and getting involved in creating our ring. 5/5, 10/10, 100% Brilliant!
