Visit Sodbury Jewellers before you go anywhere else! I purchased a beautiful pre-loved ring which I am thrilled with. Returning to have my wedding ring resized and for advice on an old piece of jewellery. Graham certainly knows his craft and his knowledge of gems is amazing. I went to them after my insurance company's recommended jeweller did a botch job of replacing the diamond setting in my engagement ring. I contacted Sodbury Jewellers based on the reviews, my fiance wanted a replica of her mothers wedding ring so I booked an appointment for us to attend. I should add my fiance had looked at other rings and found "similar" rings in High St outlets, but not really what she wanted..she was a little impatient. We had a consultancy and everything was explained. I may not be supposed to say this but we even had guarantees in case we didn't like the final result. All I can say, we are so glad we waited and did not shop on the high street. The ring is superb, everything my fiance wanted as soon as she saw it she cried with joy. It was perfect in every sense, everything she had asked for. Got my wife’s engagement ring made here by the best team of master goldsmith and practical creativity. Cheaper than the high street and absolutely incomparable on quality - if you are looking for any jewellery you must must must pay sodbury jewellers a visit! Went back to get my wedding ring as well, so pleased. They actually know the weight of their rings, the quality is exceptional and the prices are actually cheaper than anywhere else (even online) that we found. Wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else - definitely a must visit for all gold purchases !

The tanzanite stone fell out of its setting in my ring, unfortunately. This was reset more securely by the jeweller at Chipping Sodbury jewellers. The work carried out was at the highest level of expertise and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Very, very happy with the result.

This place is arguably a better find than the ring itself! Would give Sodbury Jewellers 6 stars if I could. From my first visit as a nervous guy trying to pick out an engagement ring, through picking our wedding bands and then getting them resized (twice), Graham and Marie were so knowledgeable, genuine and helpful. Engagement rings are one offs and I didn't want to just head to the high street shops and join the queue to churn one out. Didn't know at the time how good a decision that was! Graham is a highly skilled craftsman, hand-making each ring with vastly better quality diamonds than you get at the chains, and Marie helped me make all the right decisions, as my wife was over the moon! When I told the story she loved it so much she wanted to go back for the wedding bands too. Even the website is a step above, with gifs of each ring on sale that gives you a much better idea of design and shape. Very happy customers. Thanks again!

Graham and Marie treated us brilliantly from the start, showed us the shoddy work that had been done on it and quoted a very fair price for a re-setting, repair and polish. I needed my engagement ring resized but didn't want to send it off anywhere and be without it. Luckily I came across Sodbury Jewellers and am so pleased with the result, Graham and Marie are incredibly knowledgeable and the workshop is in the shop so you can watch Graham at work which is fascinating. They were very patient with me when I was really indecisive about the size it needed to be; and got it wrong! I should have listened to Graham the first time as he could tell it wasn't right just by looking. I'll definitely be going back when I can negotiate an eternity ring, Graham's GIA certified diamonds are better quality than any high street brand and he can make bespoke items. Thank you so much.

Excellent Local Jewellers We are getting married 6th March 2020 and needed to buy wedding rings. We wanted them to match but Keith's finger are very large and mine aren't. We had heard some really a good things about Sodbury Jewellers and decided to go to them. What we thought was going to be a bit difficult turned out to be a great experience. Graham and Marie were so friendly and helpful and gave us advise when choosing our rings. We had to go back a couple of weeks later to have the rings fitted and polished. Wow! We came out with 2 lovely wedding bands. At the same time Graham noticed my engagement ring needed some work as the settings had worn and there was a likelihood of me loosing some stones. After being let down by a high street chain, Graham sorted me out with my wedding band 3 days before my wedding! The ring he supplied me was a better quality, heavier ring and for less money than my original! After our honeymoon I popped back in to take my ring down 1 size, no problems at all, it took Graham 5 minutes in shop. My only regret is not using Sodbury Jewellers for my wife's engagement and wedding ring too! No pressure sales , very laid back, helpful and knowledgeable. Having travelled up from Cornwall after a recommendation from a friend, as we were looking a quality jeweller who could craft us a bespoke solitaire diamond ring, we were not disappointed. Graham (and Marie) gave us a great deal of their time (on Graham's birthday), making sure that we were getting exactly what we were hoping for. No hard sell, just the opportunity to look at a choice of stones, his expertise and a great eye. We left not only more informed, but content that it had been the right choice to make the trip. The ring when it arrived, was even better than expected. The setting shows the stone off to its very best, and while we may be a little biased, we have not seen better. Graham is a master craftsmen and it shows.....and more than competitively priced. We had the spiel from the high street stores, and are so glad that we ignored it and listened to the recommendation. We now have something unique, timeless, and personal (including Graham's original sketch design), and no more expensive. There is also the added pleasure of having been directly involved with the craftsman and the design process, which has made it much more than just a piece of jewellery, as it also has a back story which is personal to us. My engagement ring was in a dumpy old fashioned setting and Graham has put it in the most beautiful new setting where by it looks twice the size! And the detail is amazing. EXQUISITE SOLITAIRE RING! When my husband and I first got engaged we did not know much about jewellery, therefore ended up buying an engagement ring from the High Street. After two months we had to take the ring back to the shop as one of the prongs became lose! then we had to take it back as the actual ring started losing its colour! Unbelievable! After some time I decided not to wear the ring anymore as it just reminded me of all the hassle we have had from day one! I've just collected my repaired engagement ring. I am stunned at the beauty and quality of the repair. The ring was bought in Sri Lanka so has a very special meaning, and having lost a sapphire in the past I had it repaired elsewhere. After about 6 months the repair broke and I again lost a sapphire. I took it up to Sodbury Jewellers, explained what had happened, and was told that it could be repaired in a different way that would last longer than 6 months! Having collected the ring today all I can say is that Graham is an absolute genius. He showed me how he would repair the setting, and I must say that you cannot tell that there is a repair. The ring is as beautiful as it was in 2013, and looks exactly as it should. Thank you Graham for your amazing work. It was a pleasure from start to finish. I took my platinum wedding ring which had gone dull and was rather dated and chunky. Graham re-modelled it completely adding 7 diamonds. When I went to collect the ring, it was absolutely sparkling, it was slimmer, more modern and everything I would have wanted it to be but still my original wedding ring. I also purchased a ring that Graham had made himself, exceptional quality, the most perfect Ruby. Graham re-modelled my wedding ring to sit perfectly with this ring with a replica of the setting. The very first time I stepped into their studio for an inquiry, I was treated with kindness. This couple is very professional. They assessed my engagement ring and I presented to them the wedding ring design that I liked. The wife got a hild of my e-ring and said she would polish it. I was scared because I was not expecting to pay for ring polishing that day. But alas, it was free! The husband explained to me how he would do the wedding band and the pros and cons. We discussed measurements as well. I had communications with them via email and they are always prompt with responses. They clearly sounded that they were very confident with what they are saying and explaining. I sent them a link on Pinterest as a guide. After a few days, I told them I'm gonna drop by on a Monday for them to have a look on my e-ring again for proper measurements but unfortunately, they are closed on Mondays. My next non-Monday off was like, 3 weeks away so they told me that I could come in on that Monday because they knew how busy people could be. When I visited, my wedding ring was already made exactly as it was on the pinterest photo and it fit very well on my finger. However, the shape did not really complement my engagement ring so they said they will make adjustments and re-shape it. They told me it will be ready in 5 days. And true enough, it was! They did a very good job and I am over the moon. The quality of their craftsmanship is superb. And to top it all, their prices are very reasonable. They may not be the cheapest, but for the quality of their products and the experience, what we paid for was very worth it. They also asked me to drop by a few weeks before the wedding day so that they could polish my rings again. So far, they are one of our fave suppliers!

I originally popped into this jewellers on the off chance that they may be able to sell an item of jewellery for me, they were incredibly helpful in every aspect of this, and didn't even complain when i ended up removing the item for sale for personal reasons. I also bought a beautiful hand crafted ring, they changed the size to fit me while i waited (and watched! ). I am now looking forward to them making my engagement ring nice and shiny again in preparation for my wedding. I only wish i had discovered this gem of a business (pardon the pun) so they could have made my wedding ring for me. Best kept secret in Bristol area. Graham and Marie are truly customer service minded, and so willing to help. The arrangement of the workshop on view is brilliant as you can watch the Master Craftsman (Graham) at work, and the results are spectacular! He will show you the "jeweller's view" of your item on the big Video screen too. They also have a large range of 'previously loved' items, with some good prices, and fabulous pieces - all checked and validated and ready for wear, or to refashion into your own design. Well worth the trip a little way from Bristol, and one of many interesting shops in Chipping Sodbury. We will return to explore more.
