K. S.A huge shout out to the lovely staff at this store. After losing my Dad recently I went to buy a gift for his carer. The assistant found the perfect gift and arranged for it to be sent to the store from Bath. Because I was flying back to Australia Lida personally offered to post the gift to his carer once it arrived in store. I cannot express how grateful I am for the service kindness & empathy shown by the staff here. Thank you! (ps she loved it❤)

I thought I was being a pain as I asked to see numerous items, but despite this I was made to feel welcome. Now I've got a happy girlfriend who loves who I bought for her. J. E.I've bought from this store numerous times over the years and always found the manager and team to be lovely. I was there when the below person came into the store and was left flabbergasted that they've actually posted such a hateful message. The sales consultant tried cleaning their item as it was dirty, I remember making a comment to the staff member I was being served by as this lady was incredibly rude. As for the manager hiding out the back, I clearly remember her being told the manager wasn't available as they were on their lunch, but they could come back if they wanted. She left before me, and I'm assuming she didn't come back. Just expected by being rude on here would solve her problems, just bizarre really.
Anyway, lovely team and lovely products. I always find multiple things to tempt me whenever I go into this store.
