I took two watches in for new batteries, was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price. Other jewellers seem to load that service rather. The staff are hugely helpful! I never knew this place existed; it's a bit tucked away from some angles. I shall be visiting again!!

Went to this jewellery shop I was told about it because its the only jewellery shop in Cardiff that has a workshop and fix jewellery on site .most jewellers send jewellery away for 6 weeks . They did a quote very reasonable and I've had my engagement diamond replaced and claw fixed. Done in 2 weeks . Excellent. Service . I'd recommend. So much cheaper than other jewellery shops.

Visited today with the intent of only looking around for some ideas for a wedding ring while only having a vague idea in mind of what I was looking for. The incredible assistant Alun Williams helped refine my idea and after a little time together we had found the perfect ring! Can't thank him enough for his help and expert service and would highly recommend to everyone!

Couldn’t be happier with their repair service. Brought in my late’s grandmother ring expecting the worst but hoping that it could somehow be repaired. They warned me that it might take a while given the condition of the ring and the work needed. I got a text 4 days later to say that it was ready for collection and couldn’t be happier. Paid £75 for it to be extensively polished and resized. They also replaced one pearl and one stone that had fallen off. It had great sentimental value and I’ll forever be grateful for their work.
