J. O.We had booked a slot at 11.30am as I was with my 87 year old Mum who was keen to buy me a special birthday gift. We looked around the shop a little and then as nobody approached us I mentioned to a lady called Jenny that we had booked a slot. She told me we had to wait our turn and then people who had arrived after us were served! Had it not been for Tom we woukd have walked out. The 5* is for Tom but its a 1* for Jenny!

You can view any piece and if possible and for a cost they can make alterations.

A. N.My item was reserved on line. Upon arrival I was met by a member of staff who asked a few questions for track and trace.
Once that was done the item was waiting for me and the transaction was completed quickly. A good service, thanks.

The lady really took the time to try different rings and sizes until I got my perfect one. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piece of jewellery that is that little bit different and special.
P. M.Very good experience today. We had visited other Clogau stores before and looked online so we knew what we wanted. We showed the assistant the desired design and he measured my wife's finger and got the ring required from the store room.

L. J.Lovely shop, staff extremely helpful, not pushy at all and there are a good selection of rings in trays to try on at your leisure. Shop in undercover shopping centre so good all year round. Parking limited and quite expensive.
P. W.Great place to eat but be careful, I had one of the specials and it was huge but I just couldn't leave any! We went back for breakfast the following morning and that is also great. Don't forget to take away some pancake mix

L.Great range of products at reasonable price , however when we stated we were only browsing we where overly approached by staff like seagulls at the beach , I understand the staff work on a commission and we might have bought something but made to feel awkward which made us leave, one staff member had it right she welcomed us as we walked in and told us if we need to do anything let her know, I can't remember here name but she had the right approach
