A special thanks to Yuriy for helping my partner find her ideal wedding ring. He was very consultative and helpful which definitely played a factor in choosing Goldsmiths over any of the other competitors which means a lot when it's such a big purchase. Extra Kudos to him 👏

I went to the store to buy a new watch replacement as I'd recently been burgled. I had some Tesco vouchers and was going to add the balance. When I was first approached I explained that I was not exactly sure what I wanted and the manageress was extremely pleasant and offered me refreshments before passing me over to Laura who would help me choose. Laura helped me choose a watch which had to be ordered as it wasn't in stock. I was feeling quite low after the burglary but they were both so helpful and friendly and I felt I was more than just another sale, especially as although it was a lovely watch it wasn't as expensive as many they sold. However, I was quite overwhelmed when the manageress came up to me with some flowers. When I returned to collect the watch they both asked how was feeling now. I really felt they provided a fantastic service that related to the customer care not the cost.

Easy to find, on the ground floor of St David's 2 in Cardiff, Goldsmiths offers a wide range of jewellery at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and ready to assist. They are both knowledgeable and efficient. Worth a visit if you are looking for that special gift - or even to spoil yourself.

We also had some dealings with the Manager who was equally as helpful and very professional. Big difference in service when compared with other jewelers, and that is knowledge. Wanted a watch. I know my watches, and for once a jewelers also knew what they were talking about. Rachel, my server, had knowledge and patience to spare. If you want something special, they have it. Also a wide range of prices and styles. Very impressed and pleased.
