bought a new engagement ring for my wife this christmas and today collected an alternative size as original was too big .Considering this was all done for us within a few days at a very busy time i cant praise Mike the manager enough i would give the quality of service 12 stars if that was allowed.I own a retail shop myself and i know how vital it is to have quality staff .Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and his staff and the quality of service shone as much as the beautiful diamond ring i bought .Well done ! .....

Good service and good prices, nice clean store and well laid out displays. The staff are friendly and helpful but while we were browsing we were asked by 4 different members of staff if we would like help in quick succession. Ample parking in St David's Centre car park.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.bought some cheap earrings and they still tried to upsell me an expensive bracelet.....reduced from £130 to £30 as it was the last one.....as if.

I have found other sites online that sell better quality at a lower price. Went into the store, the sales person tried to: Tell me silver is often preferred by women to white gold, as it's "better". Also, she was under the impression that white gold is actually yellow gold cover in a layer of silver. Both of these I know is wrong. Be warned, these guys are for the SELL and not much else!
