Customer service at this Albany Road branch I went to today was outstanding. I was greeted cheerfully and then served by Noreen. I was doing a Western Union transaction and she was extremely efficient and helpful. The transaction wasn't straightforward but she got on the phone to them and sorted it without hesitation. She was upbeat and friendly too!

Maisie, Hazel and Mica provided me today with absolutely amazing service and atmosphere was beautiful. I love this H&T store on Albany road. And the boss Noreen she is very nice always! I am very happy! Will come again tomorrow!

Went in to cash in a pay check from my wages and was assisted by a lovely women named Hazel, she really helped with everything i had asked for and cashed me out in no time. Was happy with the rates and also the service. Would highly recommend as they are the most hassle free compared to others and with people like Hazel there to help i can assure you shell do her best to get what needs to be done no matter what it is. 5 stars! :D

Well well well, where do I begin. I was looking to do a western union transfer and by chance I came across H&t pawnbrokers on Albany Road Cardiff. Upon my entrance I was greeted by a a lovely lady by the name of Noreen. Noreen was extremely kind and helpful and made the whole process quick and easy.
