I came here after a recommendation, new battery needed for my Tissot watch. Anthony, what a lovely guy, very calm and reassuring. He took the time to talk through what was needed, gave us a return slip & we shopped while the work was done. On our return it was finished & Anthony also gave me an 18 month guarantee. Will definitely use again.

I first came upon In-Time some four or five years back, when stupidly on a night out, I accidentally smashed the glass face of my brand new £400 Seiko watch, (back then In-Time were located within Debenhams department store). I was pleasantly surprised to see the watch repaired to a very high standard and quickly returned to me as good as new, for a modest charge. Given the above experience, I recently sought out In-Time again for a separate repair (again, stupidly, I'd fallen through a garden fence and detached some link pins - a minor repair, but one that prevented me wearing the watch nonetheless). Due to the closure of Debenhams, I managed to locate In-Time in the newer St David's 2 shopping centre. I provided the watch and got a call the very next morning to come and collect. Upon collection, I was elated to find that not only had the repair been quickly made, but that there was also no charge at all for it. I couldn't quite believe it! I'm very pleased with the service provided and the honest and professional work done, on both occasions. I'll certainly be recommending In-Time to friends, family and colleagues. Many thanks again

In-Time are Way-Ahead-of-Time compared to other in-store jewellery/watch repairers in the Cardiff City Centre who quoted scary prices to change the battery in my Timex Ironman watch plus stating the watch will need to be sent away or noting can be done for 2days. In-Time was recommended to me at3:55pm on a Sunday afternoon and I was extremely happy with the all-inclusive quote and 20-minute turnaround time to pick up the repaired watch on that vey same Sunday. What also impressed me was the 18 months warranty for a battery & seal replacement repair and the attentive caring nature of the repair agent who was charming, witty and said all the right things to win my confidence by 4pm to hand over my watch into her more than capable hands without giving it a second thought. I will be spreading the world about In-Time to my friends & family. Many Thanks for a super- fast well priced repair service experience.

I just wanted a battery fitted to my Tag and was directed to this stall, by other local jewellers. They all wanted to send my watch back to Tag, just for a battery to be fitted. Ridiculous. However this stall fitted, cleaned and sealed the watch within an hour. Professional and skilled service. Only negative was the price, which was shocking, in my opinion. £65 for a battery. Paid it as my watch hadn't worked for a while and I was concerned the old battery might start leaking. However that old battery did run for two years and only cost £6.

I found the lady and gentleman to be very professional and helpful. They explained fully why the cost of repair , and automatic service, was more than the value of the watch and didn't attempt to force business out of me. I shall be calling in again soon to have a new battery fitted.

Excellent in every way. Three watches (Longines and Rotary) sorted over the last two years, with guarantees, a free jewellery clean AND a coffee/tea voucher for the cafe - what more could you ask! Kirstyn and Heminder are very helpful and efficient. Recommended to me because the main watch retailers want to send watches away just for battery replacement - these guys did it in half an hour. Brilliant service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian and Leanne last week who quite simply went above and beyond and left a customer service mark like no other. I have a watch that belonged to my departed mum that he not been work or worked for 30 years. Not only did they look at it straight away and fixed it, when I got teary they treated me with care and consideration and I even got a hug! Could not recommend highly enough.

These lot know their stuff. And far cheaper than the big jewellers where I bought my Tag, who wanted to send it away to a 3rd party too. I couldnt wait so they recommended Intime. I had seen the place before but thought it was just for Debenhams watches. I was so wrong, they said they can do almost any make and services are done at their head office workshops. Here they pressured it and guaranteed it a year and a half all within the hour. My wife left her rings to be cleaned for free and they polished my watch for a little more. It takes a lot to impress me but this place did. We even had a free coffee!
