I gave a brief of what I wanted to the Jewellery Studio, they sourced the stones and diamonds, came up with some lovely ideas and made this pendant and earrings completely bespoke. The service from start to finish has been exceptional, great communication throughout and all done in a four week time frame!! The end result is better than I expected, they are beautiful! Highly recommend!!

I have both my engagement ring and my wedding band from here. Both times I'd found styles that I loved and asked if they could make them. I definitely gave them a bit of a challenge with the style and they made them absolutely perfectly. They're beautiful, unique and I get complimented all the time. Both my engagement ring and my band have their own story and style and I love them. The studio were very communicative and fast with responding to any questions I had, big or small. They made sure that they made exactly what I wanted. They're better than I could've imagined and I'm so grateful. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive and interested in our proposal and then later on, our wedding. It was lovely to have them involved in such exciting times in our lives. Thank you, will definitely be recommending you in future 😊

I've been going to the Jewellery Studio for many years - because their jewellery is always of the highest possible quality and Roger and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. My husband went to the Studio (in secret!) to select my engagement ring last yr and I couldn't be happier with the choice that he and the girls in the shop made! Roger helped him select a specific diamond for me and it is simply stunning - its sparkle is almost unreal!! We then returned to Roger to have our wedding bands made, and again, couldn't be happier with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Jewellery Studio to anybody wanting the highest quality jewellery at reasonable prices and great customer service :)

Took a ring that needed to be resized down 5 sizes after being turned away by another jeweller's. The general rule is only to resize 2 sizes higher or lower. Fortunately, Jewellery studio managed to complete the job to a high standard. Very happy with the service and would reccomend.

We went here with a huge task of downsizing an engagement ring that 3 other jewellers refused to do, but from the very first conversation they were confident it could be done, and they did it.... all in no time at all and to a spectacular quality! We were so impressed that we went back and got the wedding especially made to fit around the engagement ring, yet again we had the same exceptional, friendly service! The end result of both rings fitting perfectly together was really satisfying, Tom was really knowledgeable and had a genuine enthusiasm for his job which is hard to find these days. If you want a personal professional service then this is where you need to go. The cost of both jobs, although irrelevant, was really fair, and would have happily paid double for the service.

I didn't know what to expect when I went with my fiancée to purchase a ring at the Jewellery Studio. We were both a bit apprehensive not knowing if it was a smart decision to spend so much money and taking a chance with an small independent jeweler. The owner was very kind and helped us find the size of diamond that was within our budget. After we decided on a diamond he helped us create a beautiful custom ring. No job is too small and have always taken repairs to Roger and now Tom who is proving to be taking after his father ! My Fiancée and I recently visited the Jewellery Studio in Pontcanna to have my engagement ring made, and I felt compelled to share our wonderful experience. My fiancée had found a design for a ring he was hoping to have made, and having previously visited the shop to talk to the jewellers there, and see if it was possible to have made. Once he proposed we revisited the shop together to have my ring made to measure, the gentleman who delt with us, (possibly the owner?) was very knowledgeable and the finished ring was stunning, the girls who worked in the shop were lovely and helped make the whole experience really special! If your looking for a piece of unique jewellery and professional advice then I would highly recommend this place!
