We approached Richard after being told by another jeweler they couldn't resize my partner's engagement ring due to its coating. I contacted Richard to see if he would be able to recreate the ring in a better material and in the correct size, he confirmed this would be possible and called us in for a consultation. When we visited him he took one look at the ring and said he could resize it! We discussed having it remade to be in a better material but he actually pushed us towards a resizing at a very reasonable price (and should we wish to have it remade that could be an option for the future) - this saved us a lot of money and also kept the sentimental value of the original ring. A few days later we had the ring back in the perfect size. We were really impressed with Richard's honesty and willingness to do a very simple job for us at a very competitive price. We were delighted with how he engaged with us on a personal level and took interest in the ring and where it was from. He was polite, professional and was willing to give us advice and guidance on what was best for us - not what was necessarily best for his profits at that time. For that reason we will certainly be going back to Richard to discuss wedding bands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Had rings repaired and cleaned last summer, delighted with them. One ring had been missing a small stone for years despite being previously repaired elsewhere; that repair lasted only weeks. Approached Richard - he replaced the stone and cleaned it so well that months later the ring looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Been to few jewellers' over the years. Richard Lynfi's has been the best experience by far. Richard is clearly passionate about what he does, and the money is secondary to him, and knows his craft well. Some stunning pieces in the store too. Fab service! Been desperate to get my eternity ring made smaller since losing weight and wanted it ready to go away on weekend. Took it in and it had been done the same day!
