J. P.The service my husband and I received in this store was second to absolutely none. Fabulous young man, I think his name was Wallim was such a joy to to business with, especially as we took quite a time to decide what we wanted. His product knowledge was incredible, not only on the jewellery, but also what each design meant. A credit to the Sabo name.
H. R.I went into Thomas Sabo shop in Cardiff today to have links removed from my new watch . I was served by a very polite and helpful man called Walid . It was so nice to have excellent friendly customer service.

M. B.Having bought a bracelet a year ago it has broken 3 times however the customer service every time has been excellent. The first time they exchanged it for a completely knew one within 5 minutes, the second time they gave us a bigger size with no hassle and no extra cost and this time they completely changed the bracelet from one with an elastic band to a fabric tied bracelet with the same design that hopefully will not break and again with no extra cost or hassle. Having such great customer service every time has made the annoying experience of the bracelet keep breaking much less of a hassle. (This was at the Bristol Cabot circus branch and more recently the Cardiff st David’s store)
a. w.Stayed at this lovely hotel recently.It is just outside Sorrento (a 5mins.bus trip away). It has a lovely pool on the roof & the views looking across to Capri were stunning. It also has a small spa. The food was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful. Well worth a visit.

J.Beautiful made jewellery, charms bracelets necklaces and watches sold here some are quite mid range in price other pieces of jewellery are quite expensive depends on how much you wanted to spend really the staff are the most friendliest people I've come across while shopping and definitely take time to listen on what your looking for.
