I find dealing with Steven and all the staff at Cardiff WOS friendly and at the same time professional, which make it such an enjoyable experience. I had the peasure of being served by Jamie at the Cardiff store recently. I was interested in making a purchase as a present for my father and also to mark a special occassion for myself. Jamie was not only extremely professional but was also very very knowledgable about the watches the store had on offer. He was quick to gain a strong understanding of what I was really looking for, taking time to get to know me and my likes and dislikes. He presented a fantastic watch for my father which he absolutely adores and wears with immense pride. Jamie really know his stuff and went out of his way taking the time out of what was a busy day to make me feel really welcomed and valued. This is the standard all other luxury brands should aim to achieve! Absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend Vinny from this store. I am like a lot of other people trying to get hold of Rolex's - I am very impatient to say the least hence why I usually buy off the grey market. I spoke with Vinny explained what watches I wanted and behold calls me approximately a month later saying we got one of your 5 watches. I know how tough it is to buy watches in the current shortages - but be patient with these guys. I have also heard that they pick and choose their clients to sell to - I found this not the case everyone is treated fairly - I happened to walk. They made my day today Vinny remembered I was getting married this month and made sure he got me one of the watches I was very keen to have for the special occasion. I just want to say a massive thank you to Vinny and the Team of WOS for pulling this off.

Not normally one to write reviews, I felt compelled to, after having the most wonderful experience at Watches of Switzerland Cardiff. Having bought a couple of Omegas previously, I collected a Rolex GMT Master a few months back. Since then I have had my Great Grandfather's vintage Omega serviced, my Father's Longines serviced and I am currently expecting my Omega back from service. Visited Watches of Switzerland as I was looking to make a purchase to add to a collection but didn't have any particular watch in mind. I had made an appointment and was greeted by a very pleasant individual who immediately made me feel welcomed. The staff member was extremely knowledgable and understanding and was very accomodating considering that I wanted to view and try on a number of different watches. Nothing was too much trouble. I left the premises to attend another appointment elsewhere but the individual was stilll very accomodating advising me that should I require any further assistance in future they would be available to discuss. I was so impressed by the level of service that I returned later in the day and made a purchase. Popped into store few months ago and met Dominic who was very knowledgeable and really took the time to find out which watches i liked but more importantly he asked about myself and genuinely was interested in my business and family. He really made me comfortable and registered my interested in a particular model that i wanted to add to my collection in celebration for a birthday. Unfortunately Covid lockdown happened but Dominic stayed in touch with me via email. Dominic offered me a few options but i wasn't sure on the options proposed to me. This didn't stop him emailing me and keeping in touch. I received a phone call with a watch i did want and i was delighted. I made payment via the website link and collected it at a set time and date. Unfortunately i didn't get experience of picking up my watch from the dealer but it still felt very special. A few weeks later Dominic still kept in touch to see how i was getting on with recovery from covid and how i was getting on with my new purchase. All round great service and would highly recommend.

About 20 years ago I bought my first ‘proper’ watch from Watches of Switzerland, here ins Cardiff, I still have it and it serves me well. However today I decided to buy something a bit more modern and was fortunate to be served by Mr Harries the manager. I bought a Rolex model here which is hard to get in London (waiting lists at mappin and Webb, none at Heathrow or another bond Street dealer...none at various canary wharf dealers). I was treated well and they are generous with the champagne. One of the tiny screws wasn't properly screwed back after bracelet fitting but I will get a London branch to adjust it - I am sure this will be no bother.
