Great experience shopping at the Colchester store. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. A young girl In particular named Milly provided alot of guidance with my purchase. I was particularly impressed with her extensive knowledge of watches and jewellery. Additionally they never try to sell or pressure you into a purchase. I purchased an item about a year after my initial conversation with Milly. Will gladly buy from the store again

We went in on Sunday for my partner to pick up his new watch. Dominique went out of her way to source the watch that he had wanted and ensured quick delivery to the store. Upon arrival I was given a glass of prosecco while my partner was given instructions on how to use the watch. They made sure it fit properly and removed the links that were not needed. Even though they didn't normally stock that particular watch Dominique had clearly ensured that she knew how the watch operated. She was very informative when my partner was quizzing her about all the different brands they stock. He is already planning his next purchase and is keen to come back here due to the fabulous service!

Fantastic jewellers. Colchester Branch. Walked in to browse, was approached by Nicola, and started talking about the range of watches I was interested in. All my questions throughly answered. I was so impressed with her knowledge and the purchase options. I bought the watch. Scott made the necessary adjustment to the strap and set the watch up. Delighted with the whole experience. I will return and can't recommend them enough.

Great experience, not too salesly! Spent a lot of time with Nicola, tried on a variety of watches and she remained helpful and professional the entire time. I had both my young son's with me and they kept them entertained and made them welcome. would recommend a visit if you want to enjoy the experience of buying something nice and being looked after.

The staff and customer service in the Colchester branch are fantastic. They are not at all pushy whist I was looking to purchase something, they also did not rush me. On arrival Sandra welcomed us, without pouncing on us like other shops we had visited, and was happy to answer any questions we had. Sandra was willing to help find the perfect ring by sticking with our budget and not making the process feel rushed. Upon ordering there was a small hickup on the supplier side but nothing that worried us as she couldnt have delt with it better. We were originally told it could take up to 12 weeks to come in due to the sizing, which was worth the wait, but it was only 2 weeks later that it was in the store!
