Great service! Went there as thought a concession in Fenwicks would be somewhere I could trust with my engagement ring and we were not disappointed! Fair price and really quick turnaround. Service by the team was without fault. Would definitely use them again for any jewellery repairs.

Excellent service yesterday. It’s great that the workmanship is so good - I’d have expected that as they are sited in Fenwick’s but I was really very impressed with the attitude of the member of staff who served me. As well as being knowledgeable and professional, he came across as so genuine and friendly. It was a real pleasure and I’ll definitely go back.

Regularly visit these guys for adjustments, repairs, link removals and servicing of my watches and the service is always amazing. Jen and the rest of the team all know their trade inside out and have always been nothing but friendly, polite and professional from the first time I went in for assistance. Highly recommend them.

Great service and price. Went in for a battery change and strap alteration and it was ready to collect again within under 30 minutes. Service came with case cleaning and battery came with an 18 month guarantee. Highly recommend and will certianly be returning! :)

Fantastic Fenwicks in-store facility which I’ve been using for many years. Much cheaper and far quicker than using a dedicated Jewellers/Watch store and the service is always impeccable. Always polite and welcoming, Matt working by himself today, had our Tag and Rado watches re-batteryed (sic) within the hour. They also offer customers a free ring cleaning service for good measure. Highly recommended.

I had my Lorus Chronograph Watch Battery replaced, and the back of the Watch resealed, and the service was excellent, and friendly. I like the fact you can get your Watch Battery replaced, while you can go off and do some shopping, and then come back and collect it the same day, I would use In-Time again. The Watch works fine.
