My first visit to the store to buy my first Pandora charm bracelet was such a great experience. Emily was brilliant, reassured me, explained things & offered me choices & advice. Emily was so friendly, patient, was interested in me & listened to me. Would certainly recommend the store & can't wait to go back.

Brought my daughters 18th presents from this store, very friendly lady who assisted me perfectly in all my needs. My daughter has a huge collection of pandora and will always collect your gorgeous jewellery. Your colchester stores are fantastic as are all other stores we have visited. Staff are sometimes slow. Been twice in last month. Last time was incredibly frustrating as staff was busy chatting to ex employee. Also then served a customer who was after myself and then went to serve another. Staff need to be more observant.

Such an amazing friendly store. My padlock off my precious bracelet limited edition love makes a family bangle was stuck on & wouldn’t open. Laura went out of her way to sort it for me cutting it off & replacing the padlock. Then a few weeks later it fell off & I was heartbroken again Laura came to the rescue & replaced the padlock. They go above & beyond in this store which is why I won’t go anywhere else now. The staff are a credit to the pandora brand x
