This morning was served by a young lady with long dark hair in Coventry to exchange a bracelet/charms which was not suitable for me. I was very impressed with the service I received and came away with a necklace and bangle as a replacement. Unfortunately I do not have her name but would like to thank her for her time and patience. A credit to the Pandora brand! Found the name - Courtenay! Excellent customer service experience for me - 5 stars🌟

Went in to get a specific ring which they unfortunately didn’t have. Kerry was so so helpful even getting my ring size and phoning other locations to try and find the ring available for me. Really lovely lady ☺️

My boyfriend got me a pandora as a surprise however i didnt like it and wanted to swap it for what i wanted so went to pandora in coventry lower precinct was served by simran who was brillaint and who had also served my boyfriend the day before she knew exactly what i wanted and i managed to get the one i wanted so im so so happy thank you to my boyfriend and also simran who was fantastic and very helpful and friendly will defo pop in again soon

I have used this store many times previously but this particular visit was outstanding. Kirsten, the young lady who assisted me today, was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the overall experience 10 times better. She is a real asset to Pandora Coventry City Centre and hope that her efforts in customer excellence dont go unnoticed by her management team. My wife loves the present I bought for her. I will definitely use this store many times again in the future

I took my girlfriend to buy her first pandora bracelet and charm. We were welcomed by non pushy friendly staff who helped us find exactly what she was looking for. Great buying experience however I did find the exact same bracelet online for slightly cheaper.
