C. B.I have used this store many times previously but this particular visit was outstanding. Kirsten, the young lady who assisted me today, was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the overall experience 10 times better. She is a real asset to Pandora Coventry City Centre and hope that her efforts in customer excellence dont go unnoticed by her management team. My wife loves the present I bought for her. I will definitely use this store many times again in the future

R.I took my girlfriend to buy her first pandora bracelet and charm. We were welcomed by non pushy friendly staff who helped us find exactly what she was looking for. Great buying experience however I did find the exact same bracelet online for slightly cheaper.
