Absolutely superb service as always. Staff are well trained & genuinely friendly. Service as it used to be which sets them way ahead of any competition. Range of watches & jewellery is excellent at competitive price. Wouldn’t consider using any other jeweller.

Purchased our second watch from Goldsmiths after they agreed to match a cheaper price from another retailer and was absolutely impressed with the service I was met with after being treated quite rudely by the other retailer. The staff were very polite and friendly, and more than willing to help in every way possible, they even apologised on behalf of the other retailer which resulted in a great experience overall. I will definitely be coming only to Goldsmiths for all future purchases.

Always a lovely reception from the friendly, knowledgeable staff whenever I visit. Great service for battery replacement in watches and the have always looked after my Breitling very well when cleaning and caring for it. I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Very customer focused. Yes I was spending at the shop but they went the extra mile to make us feel special. A welcoming cup of coffee and jewellery bought to us to view.The staff and management went out of their way to get the jewellery I wanted in time for a special occasion.

Great experience, went in to browse the Tudor range whilst dressed in shorts and a t shirt and generally looking scruffy. Orla (member of staff) was happy to sit me down and offer drinks etc... Whilst I tried on whatever I wanted, I left after a while to consider my purchase and returned 5 mins later after the wife said "do what you want" (that's all the encouragement I needed) to buy a black bay. Again Orla and the rest of the staff were great. I've since been back for a ring resize and will certainly visit again in the future.

I purchased an Omega Aqua Terra on line and can honestly say the service was excellent. A few weeks later after my purchase I popped into the Goldsmiths store Intu Derby after requiring an adjustment to the bracelet. The member of staff Daliraj was very courteous and friendly and adjusted the bracelet. Having read lots of negative reviews about Goldsmiths I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent product snd excellent service on line and in person. I will most certainly be coming back in future.

Received fantastic service every time i have entered this store , manageress Stacey runs a very tight ship , but manages her staff in such a way that they all operate in a very professional but highly pleasant manner , even when dealing with complaints such as mine , which was at the fault of Tag Heuer i might add.
