Lovely range of watches. Although staff at this branch tend to pounce on you the moment you enter the shop. I appreciate they're just doing a job, just my personal preference that I'll approach you if I need assistance.

Excellent customer service. I bought watches from this store the staff are really patient and allowed me to try different watches in the store. No pressure to make the purchase. Price match was offered without any difficulties. One staff i always recommend is "Jan" she is very friendly and polite.

Just to get a rough idea of prices before our big day, so we can save up. The staff here were generous and helpful, they listened... they helped really well and were very understanding of the circumstances and gave us some good tips on what sort of jewellery we should go for etc etc. I appreciate the help, it was very useful for us both.

I can not fault the customer service here!! On my WEDDING DAY 3 hours before I got married I presented my bridesmaids with beautiful silbsi earrings however I had no been pre-warned they would tarnish if left in the box too long, I phoned the store and a member of staff met me at the venue and cleaned all 6 pairs of earrings so my bridesmaids could wear them down the aisle!! This store went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful !! I was a loyal H Samuel customer, now even more so than ever before!!

Had some trouble getting Jewelry delivered because they use DX Delivery - they don't allow pickup from depot so its a useless service if you work.
