Nat and Nick are so talented- their customer service and attention to detail is second to non. Created quite literally my dream engagement ring. The skills and quality these guys deliver is incredible . Also the service afterwards- wow. My ‘spaghetti fingers’ as my fiancé calls them, are tiny and Nat had to change the size multiple times- at the drop of a hat and ensured I had the ring back the same day - that’s the kind of service we are dealing with and the kind of people they are at Natalia Rafi. The team at NR couldn't do more to help you find and design the right pieces. I've ordered a couple of things through them now and each time they were attentive and careful to make sure that I was getting exactly what I needed. I had a beautiful pink sapphire and diamond ring made by this lovely lady. Natalie has resized some diamond and blue sapphire rings for me and will very soon be commissioned to make me the salt and pepper diamond ring, that is new to the Natalia Rafi collection.
