I bought two watches from Eva at Goldsmith’s St James, Edinburgh recently. She was excellent.Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Importantly, she kept in touch throughout the process of me deciding which watches to buy and made sure I was aware of all my options. Her excellent customer service was a deciding factor in me buying the watches I did. Thank You. ( I may be back for another watch soon…. :)

Bling in abundance. Not the biggest Goldsmiths but some great jewelry and watches. Helpful staff and nice layout, worth visiting in your looking for something special.

I purchased a Tudor from gold smiths yesterday and couldn’t have been happier with the experience, this was my first time stepping foot in a “proper” watch shop and Brodie couldn’t have been better, he was v friendly and knowledgeable and was a great help when I was stuck deciding between two watches. I will definitely be back to deal with Brodie again in the future and can’t recommend him enough.

I came into Goldsmiths 3 days before Christmas looking for Engagement Rings. The shop itself is beautiful, and the staff are amazing and friendly. Brody came up to me and my partner and he was so bubbly, professional and funny and really made me feel at ease. He provided us with such amazing service I cannot recommend him enough. If you are going into Goldsmiths, make sure you grab Brody and your experience will be 100 times better!

We received first class service from Chris when we visited on Sunday. Chris is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly and answered all of our questions and queries. The team were great and put up with us as we decided how many links we needed to remove or put back in! The store itself is lovely, I got to enjoy a couple of glasses of prosecco while my husband was being looked after. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back to see Chris and the team.

Dealt with Chris after seeing a Tudor Black Bay 925 in the shop window. Great service and whilst purchasing we discussed other watches I had purchased and what I might be interested in. Within a week another call from Chris with a watch he thought I might be interested in and a second sale for him. Such a pleasure to have a the sales staff listen to you and then think of you when stock comes in. I will 100% purchase again from Chris and would recommend him and the store to anyone.

I went in to Goldsmiths because I was passing and saw that they stock Tag Heuer watches. The gentleman I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly to both myself and my daughter. He was able to answer all of my questions and when I purchase my Tag Heuer watch I won't be doing it online as planned because I'll now go to the same gentleman I dealt with today because his service was fantastic.

After mixed experiences at other watch retailers, I spoke to Brodie about a Jaeger Le Coultre watch. He was extremely helpful and professional, as was the manager. He arranged for the watch to be delivered and my girlfriend and I collected it on Saturday which was a lovely experience. A really nice and welcoming team and I would absolutely reccomend them for anybody looking for watches or jewellery in Edinburgh.

Great experience in store, fantastic staff assisted with purchase of Tudor Black Bay 58. Wide selection of Tudor and Tag watches and great service all round.

Visited a couple of weeks ago and picked up some earrings. Brodie and Elena looked after us, answered all of our questions and helped us make the right choice. Great experience all round.
