Went in to the store to try to get my watch's battery replaced as I saw it only costs £3.50 to get a watch battery replacement done. Turns out the one that isn't working is my watch and not the battery, I thought I would still have to pay for the battery or service but the owner kindly refused the payment. Great service, would recommend.

Was looking for a repair to a bracelet with sentimental value. A 'big' jeweller couldn't replace like for like and wanted to charge stupid prices to change the clasp. Popped into this place and he was able to replace the clasp with something almost identical for a fraction of the price and in under a week despite having to order the part. Will definitely use them again.

After going to various high street jewellers and finding their price’s extortionate and unaffordable to me .i visited this jeweller last week to ask advise. I was utterly surprised at the price I was quoted ..less than a third of high street prices. Was given professional advice on what would be best for my needs ..which was really helpful,as my jewelry has sentimental value to me..it was fixed and ready within 3 days ..on the day I picked it up ,I handed in another. Piece of jewellery badly in need of repair,..once again ready within a couple of days .professional job ,and excellent price!! So so happy..highly recommend this jeweller.. friendly cheerful service. Almost anything to do with watch straps/ batteries, you can get done here. Experienced staff and at a very reasonable cost. An intricate Armani watch with an unusual fastening clip, to get the strap adjusted it was just £3.50 and it took a matter of minutes, while waiting in store. Great job!
