Great knowledge from Emma in the store who explained everything very well. Also had a long chat with the owner who was a lovely fella. They even loaned my fiancée the display model ring until her's was made which only took 4 working days (although normally it would take a couple of weeks at least). Would highly recommend.

They were not pushy and never once pushed us to buy the ring. They even let us walk out into the street to let us see the ring in natural light the ring was rather expensive too! . We needed to think about it and they took the ring out of the window and let us go away and think about it. When we went back later to buy the ring we even haggled out a better price. Would definitely buy from then again.
